“2022年暨南大学油料生物炼制与营养安全学术研讨会”会议主题为“食品油脂及其副产物的绿色科技”,共分三个技术议题,探讨如何通过绿色可持续技术促进食品油脂及副产物的可持续利用。本次会议将于2022年4月26日至27日在中国广州暨南大学采用线上和线下结合的方式举办,届时将有来自美国、加拿大、韩国、马来西亚、泰国和中国的优秀科研工作者进行成果分享,欢迎所有科研人员、企业代表和学生积极参加。
The 2022 Jinan University Oilseeds Biorefinery, Nutrition and Safety Symposium theme is “Green Technology for Food Lipids and Their By-products” consisting of three technical sessions, which explores how green and sustainable technology contribute to the development of food lipids and byproducts to ensure sustainable use. The hybrid meeting will be physically held in Jinan University, Guangzhou, China and online from April 26th to 27th, 2022, which will include high-quality speakers from China, USA, Canada, South Korea, Malaysia and Thailand. All researchers, experts and students are welcomed to join this symposium.
